NAMI West Central Indiana is a proud partner in providing Crisis Intervention Team, CIT training for area Law Enforcement Officers.
CIT training provides 40 hours of additional training in mental health.

The film is Coming Up for Air, an award winning feature drama focusing on the impact of mental health on families. The film will address how crises that may lead to tragedy can be de-escalated and the impact mental health has on families. It also aims to bring community discussion about biases in mental health treatment and appreciation of how it impacts us all.
NAMI-WCI will be there with an information booth so come visit with us!
